It is not often that a Club such as ours has as members both of the two most important office holders in the county. Martin White has held office as the Lord Lieutenant of the Isle of Wight for the last 6 years and Nick Hayward has held office for one year ending a few days after the dinner. This seemed as good an excuse as any to hold a dinner in the club, as a tribute to both of them.

The cost of the dinner will be £50 per head with profits going to a charity supported by both of them, the Isle of Wight Youth Trust. You are invited, should you wish, to make a further donation to the trust.

Please reply by email to office@svyc.co.uk indicating the names of those who wish to attend. Unless you say otherwise the cost will be debited to your Club Card together with any further donation you may indicate that you would like to give. Otherwise please reply by post to the Assistant Secretary by post or by hand.

If you would like to come, do please book early as it is possible numbers may be limited. We have already received 38 RSVPs.
