RYA Welfare Officer Information
At Sea View Yacht Club, we are committed to ensuring that the welfare and well-being of our members, instructors, and participants in our training courses remain at the forefront of everything we do.
Our club is dedicated to creating a safe, supportive, and inclusive environment where everyone can enjoy sailing and other activities with peace of mind.
To uphold these values, we have appointed four dedicated Welfare Officers who are always available to address any concerns or issues related to welfare.
These officers are:
- Jon Curtis, Sailing Director: training@svyc.org.uk
- Michele Reader, Membership Secretary: office@svyc.org.uk
- Suki Pountney, Welfare Officer: suki.turner@icloud.com
- Gilly Meadows, Welfare Officer: gillymeadows1@gmail.com
Our Welfare Officers are here to listen, support, and provide guidance whenever needed.
Whether you have questions about safety, need assistance with a particular issue, or simply want someone to talk to, please do not hesitate to reach out to any of our Welfare Officers.
We believe that by working together and maintaining open lines of communication, we can ensure a positive experience for everyone involved with Sea View Yacht Club. Your welfare is our priority, and we are here to help in any way we can.
Thank you for being a part of our community, and we look forward to many safe and enjoyable experiences on the water.
