Club update at the first Gentlemen's and Ladies Lunch of the year

At the SVYC's first gentlemen's and ladies lunch this year, the Commodore and Secretary will do a Club update.
The menu promises a refined winter classic:
The gentleman's lunch menu is roasted lamb shank with creamy mashed potato, wilted spinach fried red onion & red wine reduction. And a cheese board.
The ladies' lunch menu is Pork tenderloin, Smoked apple sauce, and tender stem broccoli. Followed by sticky toffee pudding
