Coronation Weekend at SVYC

hat a wonderful weekend at SVYC celebrating the coronation of King Charles III. Over 120 members attended the fabulous Coronation Ball on Saturday night, and many hundreds basked in the May sunshine on Sunday for the Seaview Coronation street party organised by the Community Partnership. The day began with the Coronation Cup, won by Ben Few Brown, followed by a wonderful Mermaid Sail past and 21-gun salute. A big thank you also goes out to the 20 or so members who took part in the 'Big Help Out' on bank holiday Monday, collecting over 10 full bags of rubbish from our nearby beaches and streets
