The annual Solent Surge Young Members' Party returns for another unforgettable Regatta Week night, and this year we're bringing the colour, energy and atmosphere of Carnival to Sea View Yacht Club. Expect vibrant lighting, huge tunes, tropical décor and a packed dancefloor as one of the biggest late-night events of Regatta Week takes over the lower Club.
Whether you've spent the day racing, cheering on the Greasy Pole or simply enjoying everything Regatta Week has to offer, this is where the celebrations continue.
Entertainment
This year's soundtrack comes courtesy of DJ Harry Cotterell, returning to keep the dancefloor full from first track until close with an energetic mix of club classics, dance anthems and summer favourites.
Expect a lively atmosphere, great company and one of the best nights of Regatta Week.
Theme: Carnival
Think colour, energy and summer celebration. Bright shirts, bold prints, sequins, feathers, tropical colours and festival-inspired outfits are all encouraged.
Fancy dress isn't compulsory—but it's definitely encouraged.

Please read the following before attending:
- This event is open to guests aged 1630 years only.
- Guests aged 16 and 17 should arrange suitable transport home following the event. The Club strongly recommends collection by a parent or responsible adult where appropriate.
- Proof of age may be requested upon entry. Anyone unable to provide suitable identification may be refused admission without refund.
- Non-members are welcome but must be signed in by an attending member and remain within that member's annual guest allowance.
- Security staff may conduct bag searches and other reasonable security checks on arrival.
- The Club reserves the right to refuse admission or remove any guest whose behaviour is considered inappropriate or likely to impact the safety or enjoyment of others.
- Sea View Yacht Club operates a zero-tolerance policy towards violence, abusive behaviour, harassment, discrimination, drug use or any activity that places guests or staff at risk.
- Alcohol will only be served in accordance with licensing legislation. Anyone attempting to purchase alcohol on behalf of underage guests will be asked to leave.
- Tickets are non-refundable.
- The Club reserves the right to close admissions before advertised closing time should venue capacity be reached.
