About the Event
Following the phenomenal success of last years Mermaid Bohemian Ball, Mermaid Ball 2026 returns with a bold new theme: ICONS.
Expect an unforgettable evening of live music, immersive production, spectacular outfits and late-night energy as Sea View Yacht Club transforms into a neon-lit celebration of the most iconic music, fashion and personalities of the 1980s.
Begin the evening with welcome drinks and canapés beneath the Club awning before enjoying a fabulous two-course dinner. As the night builds, the dancefloor opens for a huge live 80s band experience, DJs, themed production, roaming entertainment, silent disco, photobooth moments and more besides.
Whether joining for the full dinner experience or arriving later for dancing and cocktails, this promises to be one of the standout social events of the Cowes Week calendar.

Please note: Strictly 120 Dinner & Dance tickets are available for this event. Dance-Only tickets will also be released.

Given demand following last years event, members are strongly encouraged to organise tables and bookings early.

ICONS is very much a dress-to-impress event.
Think iconic 80s glamour, bold silhouettes, sequins, metallics, tailoring, leather, theatrical styling and unapologetically statement looks. Whether inspired by music legends, fashion icons or your own interpretation of the decade — bigger is better.
Terms & Conditions
Please note this event is a fundraiser for Sea View Yacht Club. By booking a ticket, you agree to the following:
- Proof of age may be required all attendees must be 18+.
- Non-members are welcome but must be signed in by a member and not exceed their annual guest quota.
- Security checks may be in operation on entry.
- Zero tolerance for anti-social behaviour, verbal/physical abuse, or drug use. Offenders will be removed without refund and referred to the Clubs conduct committee for review.
- No refunds unless tickets are reallocated via waitlist or resale.
- No admission or readmission after 00:00.
- Right of admission reserved by event management.
