A tale of two halves by Richard and Claudia Hill.
Come and hear about the sailing adventures of Richard Hill in the Indian Ocean, which ended in the scuttling of the yacht he was on after being rescued by a 2,000-tonnes Chinese bulk carrier, and then hear how Claudia helped with the rescue.
This special event will be followed by a three-course Indonesian-themed dinner.

Tickets: Limited to 75 for this special event. Talk and dinner held in the Mermaid Room at SVYC. Guests welcome.

Terms and Conditions:
- Tickets are non-refundable unless successfully transferred to other members. Please contact Michele in the office if you book and then need to cancel.
- As with many SVYC dinners, this event is likely to sell out. Tickets will be charged in line with the normal club billing cycle, subject to when your tickets are made, and possibly in advance of the event.
- A seating plan will be created for this event, which will be hosted in the Mermaid Room. Table sizes will not exceed 20. Please indicate at booking if you have a preference for who you will be seated with; otherwise, you will be seated at the discretion of Club Management.
- Timings may vary slightly. For larger groups please contact the Club office.
- Please indicate any dietary requirements at the time of booking so we can cater accordingly.
- Bookings will close on 1st of May or when tickets are sold out. A waiting list will be available if tickets sell out, and any late availability will be offered on a first-come, first-served basis.
