Ease into your Sunday with a relaxed waterfront brunch, freshly prepared by our chef team and served buffet-style from the Outdoor Kitchen.
Enjoy a single pass through our brunch buffet and help yourself to a carefully curated selection of favourites, including:
- Smoked salmon & scrambled eggs
- Bacon, sausage and egg baps
- Avocado on toasted sourdough
- Fresh pastries and croissants
- Seasonal fruit
- Granola, yoghurt and berries
- American-style pancakes with maple syrup
- Tea, coffee and fruit juices
For those looking for something a little more substantial, the Outdoor Kitchen will also be serving a selection of freshly prepared lunch dishes available to purchase separately, including pizzas, gourmet burgers, steak, seasonal salads and other chef specials throughout the summer.
Menus may vary from week to week, allowing our chefs to make the most of seasonal ingredients and summer flavours.
