ANOTHER CRACKING EVENT this summer will no doubt be the Dinghy Country Barn Dance with Bucking Bronco, 2 DJs, the band Hanging Baskets, Sophie Simonds playing a bit of Country and Western, Connie Claxon, and themed food, this will also be a classic.
So lets all leave the 9 to 5, head back to Sweet Home Alabama, grab your star-spangled cowboy boots, and get ready to Rodeo like a Rhinestone Cowboy..
This year it will be on Saturday, August 17th earlier than last year, and just after regatta week. It will sell out, so book early.
Booking Information:
1. Proof of age may be required for all ticket types. Please carry ID with you in case it is requested. Failure to provide ID may result in being asked to leave the event.
2. Tickets are only valid for individuals aged 16 years and over.
3. Upon entry, visitors may be subject to searches by security staff.
4. Management reserves the right to refuse admission under certain circumstances.
5. The management has a zero-tolerance policy towards:
- Anti-social behavior, physical or verbal abuse towards staff or other visitors
- The use of drugs (including psychoactive substances/legal highs) at the event and on the event site
...Anyone engaged in the above activities will be refused admission or ejected from the site.
6. Tickets are nonrefundable. In case of inability to attend, tickets will be made available to the waitlist (if applicable) or for resale. No refunds will be issued unless the ticket(s) are reallocated.
7. Non Members are welcome to attend but must be signed in by attending members, and should not exceed their annual quota of guest visits.
