Apple @ SVYC Cancelled
A number of us struggle to understand many of the basic capabilities of the iPad and the iPhone. Colonel Tony Singer, who has been tutoring on these two devices for the last nine years, will be holding a two-day Tutorial for the benefit of members and their guests on Friday 4th and Saturday 5th November 2022.
The Tutorial has been designed to interest all iPad and iPhone owners, both novices and the more experienced; it is not technical. The Tutorial is hands-on with attendees practising what Tony preaches, and lots of laughs, providing almost personal tuition for each attendee on their respective iPad and iPhone.
The aim of Apple @ Seaview is to provide members with the knowledge to personalize their iPad and / or iPhone, and to give them a better understanding of the capabilities of their iPad and iPhone. The lectures will move at the speed of the slowest, so dont be afraid that you wont be able to keep-up. There are specific time slots included in the Programme to allow for one-on-one assistance.
Those members who attended Tonys one-day Apple Tutorial in 2021 will find both days to be beneficial due to the significant number of changes and enhancements included in iOS16.
The Outline Programme for the two days, is as follows:

1650 - 1745 iPad the PA - optional.
Fish and Chip Supper
Saturday 5th November
0945 Revision and Questions
1025 - 1250 Sessions Ten to Eleven
1300 Lunch
1400 - 1610 Sessions Twelve to Fifteen
1615 Conclusion.
Session One is Introduction and Health & Safety, etc. Sessions Two to Fifteen are 40-minute tutorials, with a 10 minute break between each Session; individual questions are taken at the time. The full Programme will be made available prior to the event.
The cost of the two days, which includes Coffee and Lunch, with supper on Friday, is £125
