Several of us struggle to understand many of the basic capabilities of the iPad and the iPhone. Colonel Tony Singer, who has been tutoring on these two devices for the last eight years, will be holding a one-day Tutorial for the benefit of members and their guests on Friday 25th February.
The Tutorial has been designed to interest all iPad and iPhone owners, both novices and the more experienced; it is not technical. The Tutorial is hands-on with attendees practising what Tony preaches, and lots of laughs, providing almost personal tuition for each attendee on their respective devices.
The aim of Apple@Seaview is to provide members with the knowledge to personalise their iPad and/or iPhone, and to give them a better understanding of the capabilities of their iPad and iPhone. The lectures will move at the speed of the slowest, so dont be afraid that you wont be able to keep up. There are specific time slots included in the Programme to allow for one-on-one assistance.
The Outline Programme for the day, is as follows:
0945 Coffee and Registration
1015 Sessions One to Four
1300 Lunch
1400 Sessions Five to Seven
1630 Tea
Session One is introduction and Health and Safety, etc. Sessions Two to Seven are 40-minute tutorials, with a 10-minute break between each session; individual questions are taken at the time. The full programme will be made available prior to the event.
The cost of the day, which includes Coffee, Lunch and Tea, is £85
The Course is likely to be well-subscribed, so please book early to avoid disappointment. If you are unable to attend on the 25th, please let us know if you would be interested in a future day.
