The Sheed Trophy was donated by Sally Francis, Victoria Prescot and James Sheed in honour of their parents, Sandy and Liz. The Trophy continues Sandy and Liz's spirit of contributing to the Club by recognising an individual or a group that through their contribution(s) to the Club, bring a material benefit to members. The first winner was Lucy Cotterell for her work on the Hole in the Wall.
This year, the award was made to Simon North for his work on rejuvenating the Mermaid class including the Robb Races.
