The Terry Tankard is a Pursuit Race and is an open event for all classes of boat. A course is set and started and, when the Race Officer decides, a gun announces for all boats to reverse course back to the line. No excuses for poor sailing to try and gain position on the reverse legs - you might be DSQ'd !!
