Winter Closure & Reopening Dinner
After a busy festive season, Sea View Yacht Club is now closed for a short time, from Monday 5th January until Friday 13th February. While the Clubhouse is closed, the team remains available to support members — Michele, James, Nick, Fred and Jon can be reached Monday-Friday, 10:00-15:00, by phone or email. SVYC Members Brave Baltic Conditions to Ring in the New Year
Sea View Yacht Club would like to extend a huge thank you to the 200 or so members and guests who joined us to welcome in the New Year at the Club, despite truly Baltic temperatures sweeping through the village on New Years Eve. SVYC New Year Pub Quiz Draws a Full House
Sea View Yacht Club kicked off the New Year in fine form last Friday with a lively and well-attended pub quiz, welcoming 11 teams and around 80 guests to the club. Teams put their knowledge to the test across five rounds and 50 questions, covering a wide range of topics including Isle of Wight nature and history, Americas Cup and SailGP trivia, and plenty of general knowledge to keep everyone on their toes.
