Gullsands is a wonderful, comfortable, spacious house on the Duver with a fabulous outlook straight over the beach and the Solent. This much-loved family holiday home is ideal for all sorts of groups of guests, such as two families, multi-generational families (the downstairs bedrooms and bathroom are ideal for grandparents!) and it is equally accommodating for groups of friends or colleagues using it as a base for their sailing, cycling or sightseeing trip to Seaview.

Gullsands offers the best of both worlds in Seaview – very close to the village but peacefully away from the central hubbub, with fabulously easy access to the beach and the perfect place for sundowners as you take your drink across the small road to watch the glorious sunsets we enjoy almost every evening!

Gullsands sleeps up to 10 people in 5 bedrooms: a twin and a bunk bedroom are on the ground floor sharing a fabulous new shower room; upstairs are three bedrooms, one with a superking-sized bed and two with twin beds, sharing a lovely shower/bathroom with walk-in shower and freestanding bath. Downstairs there is an additional separate loo, two reception rooms and a very well-equipped kitchen with dining area. The charming, large south-facing and very sunny garden is safely enclosed with lawn and terraced area where there are sofas to lounge on and an outside dining table with plenty of chairs. Inside there is lots to entertain guests – as well as the obvious TV there is a piano to enjoy and a pool table.
