Enjoy breathtaking views of the Solent from many of the main rooms, with the beach just a mere moment’s walk from the front door.

1. Ground Floor
   The ground level is designed for enjoyment and comfort, featuring a spacious drawing room with an inviting open fire and doors leading out to the garden patio. The heart of the home, the kitchen, boasts a generous dining space for up to fourteen guests, making it ideal for preparing family feasts or hosting gatherings. It comes fully equipped to meet all your culinary needs.

Adjacent to the kitchen, the utility area is fitted with a washing machine, dryer, and additional freezer space. For those returning from a dip in the sea, a hot outdoor shower awaits in the garden, offering a warm welcome back.

1. First Floor
   The first floor houses two expansive bedrooms, each boasting sea views and French doors opening onto the veranda. The King suite features a private en suite, while the master King bedroom enjoys access to a large family bathroom with a bay window overlooking the sea. A versatile third bedroom, which can be set up as a twin or double, also has access to a separate bathroom. This floor includes two bathrooms in total, with one en suite.

   Bay House comes with private off-street parking for two vehicles, plus an extra spot on Gully Rd. An electric charging point adds a convenient touch for those with electric vehicles.
