Challenge Cup presented in 1955 by Capt. W.F.H.Michaelis in memory of his wife (née Miss Doris Trischler), incorporating the Yacht Club brooch given to her by Club members on the occasion of her marriage. This Cup was given specifically for a race for lady helms.
