Festive Lunch raises funds for Air Ambulance

One hundred people thoroughly enjoyed their delicious lunch in the Club on Wednesday 11th December at the annual Christmas charity fundraising event, for the Hampshire and Isle of Wight Air Ambulance.

Father Christmas paid a brief visit and helped with the raffle. About £600 was collected for this most worthy and always very needy cause.

Santa will be back for the Christmas Eve Children’s Tea Party. The fun will start with party games at about 16:00 (or shortly after the Seaview Christingle Service) followed by tea, including sandwiches, cakes and drinks plus a cuppa for Mum and Dad. The ticket price is £5.50 per child. An application form is available from the office. To avoid disappointment please book by 23rd December.

Following the arrival of Father Christmas at 17:30-17:45 we then move into the traditional carol singing helped along with mulled wine and mince pies.
